Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2

Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2 Releases Next Week For Xbox One

Written By

Inti Creates has announced that Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2 will be coming to Xbox One on 10th July 2020.

The original Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon was developed as a smaller, retro-style companion title to Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night as the result of hitting a stretch goal during the game's crowd funding campaign. But the game proved to be successful in its own right, and now a sequel will be hitting consoles next week. A new trailer gives us a closer look at the new playable characters including Hachi, a literal corgi in a steampunk mechsuit, which is so brilliant that it nearly renders almost every other character obsolete.

Just in case you are interested in the other playable characters (not sure why you would be, though), Curse of the Moon 2 also brings back Miriam, Alfred and Gebel from the first game, complete with their signature abilities. Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2 also introduces a two-player local co-op mode, allowing you to take on the game's monstrous world and creatures of the night either solo or with a friend. Players can revive each other in battle, warp to an ally's location, and even jump on your friend's head to attack simultaneously. You can check it all out in the new trailer down below.

Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2 launches on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC on 10th July 2020.
